Default Need help with throttle body swap in a GSR

I purchased a 66mm bored B16 tb so that I can swap out my OBD1 GSR TB. In the picture below, can anyone tell me what the part that is circled is....and do I need it?

I also switched to the Skunk2 mani, so I am not using the IAB and sencondary butterflies.

Hrm......um.....well to start that isn't a circle

But, I would say that it isn't needed the hose would just connect to the spout on the bored trottle body.

Thats the fast idle valve.
dont worry about keeping it. just throw it on and go.

its there on the manifold to help in cold climates or winter, so that the throttle doesn't get stuck or frozen and to aid in quick warm up of the car.

no worries just slap on the TB and get going....purchase the right gasket....
the TB you have is 90-3 integra b18a/b or 1st gen b16a

Thanks for the fast answers guys

Since I live in Canada (I do not drive the car in winter), but there are still some days where the spring and fall weather is quite chilly, will I experience any side effects without the fast idle valve?

there should be no problems, I had mine by-passed and drove the car all year round...only down side was that on a winter day I would need to press the gas pedal down, before starting the car to prevent the sticky TB plate (but only once for a second)...no big deal

You should be fine- if it gets too cold you could just hold the throttle open a little until the engine warms up. It is just a wax valve that closes once the engine is warmed.
