Accord no more...I hate thieves...

Thank god I failed to save up for my H22...those punks got all my college books and homework! It was a '93 5spd coupe lx w/ 100K. I'm hoping to get at least $3K from the comprehensive...think that's reasonable? DAMNIT.

Obviously you ran afoul of the "If you like it, someone else does too" Theory. Sorry to hear it.
I haven't done a AutoTrader search yet, but 3000 sounds like the area you want to be in. Now it's all a matter of if the Insurance Company agrees.

looks like $3,600 is the national average right now, so I'm going to try to get $4K from them. Only had 100K miles and the national average was higher. Thanks for the posts...I'll post pics of the new honda soon.

Insurance companies are not so cheap when it comes to paying for damages of a stolen car or totaled car.... they will pay you "by the book" for sure, and as you may know... the KBB usually gives a better price for cars than at the actual market value in the streets.
I am sorry to know that, I hope al of the participants of that theft die suffering from terrible pain and regret every thing they've done wrong on their lives!

Probably tried to sell my anthropology notes for tweek. I got f'd up the a with no v. Makes me want to install fish hooks on the back of my door handles.

anger problem anyone? lighten up buddy, i am sure he misread something.
and yes the gas price is dropping slightly in cali.
i dont know it's a good thing they found your car or not, now you have to deal with a wounded accord instead of a check.

i wasnt getting mad or angry, i just wanted to know how he could have got that out of what i said, he obviously didnt take time to read everything, but yet came back with a sarcastic remark attempting to make me look stupid. but oh well, no harm no foul..

... The Insurance Company been notified of the recovery yet? The bottom of Long Beach harbor looks particularly appealing.....
No,No,No I'd never suggest something like that!
Yeh, having it recovered can be a mixed blessing, Some people consider having their car stolen is like being violated. How Dare They? Sometimes getting it back becomes a constant reminder, and it's never the same again.
