Default H&R OE springs

I have a 99 civic coupe, I want to know if i could run stock shocks on the H&R OE springs? there only a .75 drop front and rear? i know its going to be bouncy, but how long will my shocks last? i know the more pressure there is on the shock the faster it goes out. The drop is going to be only .75 so my shocks should last for a good amount of time right? CAn i get some pics of a H&R OE's on a civic, but any car would do too. I've researched about them but need some more feed back.

ive been running h&r race springs on stock shocks for almost 8 months. i know its not the correct way to do things but honestly 8 months of autoX and canyon bombs and my 15 year old shocks are still fine. oe spring rates and a mild drop like that and you shock be fine for plenty of time to buy some nice shocks. im saving for a decent coilover shock combo
