Default Weird noise when turning the wheel??

I have a 1999 GSR and when I turn the wheel it makes a weird noise. The best way to describe the noise is like if a seal was yelling. It sounds like how seals communicate. That's the best way to describe it. It seems to only happen when i am turning the steering wheel. Anyone heard of anything like this??? please help.. thanks again

Can you pinpoint where the noise is coming from? If it's coming from underneath the steering column/dashboard, then it's a common problem amongst 3rd gen Integras. There was a TSB to solve this problem I believe, all you have to do is lubricate the bushings and you're all set.

I still haven't gotten around to doing it.

Is your power steering fluid up to level?

How do I get to the bushings to lubricate them??? Are they located right underneath the steering column.

Is there a way that I can lubricate the bushing myself or is this a difficult task?

if there was a TSB, does the car still have to be under warranty to have it serviced?
