Default Which is a better deal? '02 Yamaha R1($5700) or '04 R1($7700)

Two of my friends are selling their bikes and I am going to pick up one or the other, just trying to figure out which one is a better deal. Both of the bikes have your usually mods........7500 miles on the '02...........5500 on the '04. Neither bike has been down. $5700 for the '02 or $7700 for the '04.........Which one do you think is the better deal?

04 is a completely different bike, more stable, more power, and a lot newer! Get that one. Unless your a wheelie freak, then get the 02. They come up with little to no effort...but you could also use the 04 to do em too, plus I think they look better to

I'd take the 02 for $2,000.00 less if your in a budget and have the cash. The '04 if you're gonna pull a loan given everything else is equal. Should of made this a poll.

02's are fuel injected I have 03 and love it and almost like the headlights more on the 02-03 but I will still trade it for an 04
