Stolen car in 714

Did anyone with a green 96-00 civic get their car stolen? As i was heading to school today, I saw a civic on jacks with the wheels missing. It's in the Target parking lot near Gilbert high school in anaheim. I used to see it everyday parked in the street with the TE37 cup replicas. Sucks for the owner
