Hi, I'm new, with 96 RS

Just looking to learn some more about my car. It is a 96 2-door RS. I know its not fast, so I am just making it look good. Clean and simple is what I am after. Its lowered 2" and has 17" axis rims, as well as brand new paint. I have lots of audio work done. Concept mids and highs, a clarion HU, 1200W autotek meanmachine, and 15" Orien P-series. On to pictures....

Don't much care for the wheels, but the paint job looks pretty clean. What are your plans for the car?

I dunno what i want to do yet.. i really want a jdm front clip but the funds are not there. up for any suggestions.

nice looks good already! but yea your car is not a rs.. its a ls because of its sunroof!!

I think he means that unless that sunroof is aftermarket, it's probably an LS because neither he nor I have ever seen an RS with a sunroof from the factory. I suppose it's possible though.

i agree with mjc and gdog...unless its aftermarket im pretty sure its an ls.

This is very interesting because I thought that the RS models do not come with leather seats or sunroof. Maybe I was wrong.

are the ecu chips for the b18? do you have any more information about them i could look at...

If those rims had a lip i think they would look pretty sick, but they're not that bad. very clean lookin car, with a nice paint job. Not feeling the clear corners though but thats just my preference. Do a 98+ conversion if you dont feel like dishing out the funds for the JDM. Go through some junkyards and see if you cant get the 98+ headlights front/read bumper and mirrors.
