Default Omnipower rear LCA's and alignment?

My friend mentioned that its possibe that he heard aftermarket LCA's might throw off my alignment, but wasn't sure so I thought I'd see if any of you have a definitive answer. I searched but couldn't come up with anything useful. I'm lookng at omnipower, a local shop has a set and I wanted to make sure I know what I'm getting into first(if they'll throw alignment off, if I'm going to need another alignment, etc.) Thanks.
