you say helping you witha tranny do you want a new one bc if your gsr tranny is in good condition then i would keep that its a pretty reliabel tranny and i like the gearing

i would get some cams and possibly head work for the most bang for your buck but be aware that if you do go with a cam, anything more that itr cams usually requires new springs and retainers also a port/polish job with free up extra ponies also and if you did this it would help alot to get a chipped ecu by Hondata or Uberdata , they will help loads with tuning

if you are looking for more info let me know

Actually my block didnt come with a tranny, so I'm probably going to go with sumthing with LSD. As for a head I was wondering if I should go with a B16 head type R head? As for springs and retainers I was looking into Skunk 2 titanium retainers and springs. Since I'm going with the retainers and springs should I go with Skunk 2 cams, buddy club or ITR. How much would it cost to port and polish the head? Since I'm going to have the head open I might as well go with performance parts, but like I said I want the best bang for my buck. So I plan to buy little at a time. I jus want a bad *** street machine. Thanks for all ur help!

i'd go with a b16 head with p and p. with rocket m22's and valvetrain. type r w/ lsd tranny. Make sure you tune it! CTR pistons = some high compression...

for the tranny it depends what you are driving most bc if you drive alot of highway and you have a typr r tranny your lookin at aroudn 5k at 80mph and 4k with the gsr tranny both are availible with lsd

if your looking at a whole valvetain package http://www.passwordjdm.com has some pretty good deals on buddy club packages

not sure on P P job price tho

and like the other kid said CTR pistons will raise comp. and some hp

yeah i know the compression is gonna be pretty high. Well I decided to go with a b16 head. I'm still undecided on the valvetrain either Skunk 2 or Omni. I found an Omni package for a good price. Skunk 2 is not that expensive either. As for cams i'm still undecided ITR's, Skunk 2....??? I'm going with the Skunk 2 manifold and a bigger throttle body. Where can I get a good price on a b16 head???
