Default need new O2 sensor, wich one to chose.

That it, my o2 sensor is busted. I need a new one, I have made my mind on a NGK, but my problem is that I have a d15b, 1.5 Vtec engine, comming from a civic ferio, It's a one wire o2 sensor and I don't know any number to order it here in canada, I don't know heiter on what year/model I can find the same one,
Will the one wire 02 sensor that I have on my 1.5 DX, 1991 engine, dual point injection will fit in and do the job??? if I got no cat, is this a major difference??

If the other single wire sensor good and it fits, it will work. Electrically, the sensor part is the same. The difference is wether it's a heated sensor (4 or more wires, etc).

If you don't have a cat, and you never had a second sensor after the cat, it shouldn't matter either. However, if your ECU was set up to have a second sensor after the cat, then it would. Confused yet?

Your other 1 wire O2 will do just fine.

All right, so I will try my other sensor, as I just understanded, if it fit right in the manifold hole it won't cause any electrical problem. I was tinking that because it was a sensor comming from a dual point injected engine, it will not be calibrated right or will burn in the hole cause the heat is higher in my vtec engine.

But now I don't know more wich Honda got a one wire sensor???, at least witch engine got it???
Thanks for help guy,
see ya

All USDM civics 88-91 had a one wire O2- as far as I can tell.
