I"m having trouble starting up my car. The battery winds up but it just doesn't want to start up the radio turns on and the windows still roll down though. Has anyone else had this problem before? Would the problem be from the starter or alternater?

 

ok, the battery winds up? you mean the starter? like, its cranking but not starting? check battery voltage. check for spark, check for fuel.

yeah many ppl have this problem

its just easier to figure out what fixes the problem once you exhaust the usual suspects like the dude above stated

 

turn your ignition on does your check engine light go on for a sec then shut off?

If it doesnt shut off it is probably your main relay. hit me up if you do this and thats your problem.

Ignition
Mechanical/compression

Remember to use your 5 senses first. Thats the key to being a good tech.

Try to listen to the car - it will tell you the problem.
