Default Automotive Bulb Paint or Bulb Filters/Changing Dash Colors to New Look

Hi everyone, I'd really like to change my heater control lights to be redish/orangish in color similar to that of the 99-2000 Civic SiR, anyone know where I can find the little sleeves for the very very small bulbs in the heater control panel, and/or bulb paint that is heat resistant?

Thanks

There is a thread in the FAQ about this with pics.
You can paint the bulbs, buy colored ones, or buy'em from Honda.
