how do I wire up my EACV?
my 90 hatch is throwing code 14 for the eacv....went to explore and see why and guess what I found, the wires from the eacv arent hooked to to anything. there are 2 wires from the connector and are just sitting by my ecu, one is blue/yellow and the other is black i think
whomever did the LS swap really did a hack job and i have been slowly fixing all the shortcuts that they took so i dont know if the colors of the wires are accurate, if that matters.
I know one goes to A11 on the ecu but what is the other??? maybe a ground? any help is appreciated

I have the exact same problem in my car.. THrowing code 14, have the same wires not hooked up to my ECU.. Whoever did my LS swap also did a hackjob.. I been slowly re-wiring everything.. But this is annoying because every once in a while while i drive my idle goes up and down extremly fast
whoever had my car before me i think had a B16 swap becuase all the wires for vtec are there and there is a red wire i believe in the A11 pin....
but i might not be reading the wires right with the A, B and C plugs.....can someone clear that up for me? thanks

i got it to A11 and now with the fuse #14 under the dash....how to i hook that up. I temporarily just put the wire to the fuse and my check engine light went away!!!!
now how do i actually hook it up the way its supposed to be?
I tried to take apart the fusebox but i got nowhere, everything is enclosed and i dont want to open anything i dont know how to put back together.
And do I have to adjust my idle or will the IACV do that automatically?

just thinking as I will be rewiring my eacv tomorrow. You just need a power source that is fused and turns on and off with the key, right? At least temporailaly so I can go to the track tomorrow. I drove the car for the first time today and it pulls very good. nick
