My 94 ls was stolen a couple months back. i have everything put back together including the broken steering column. it looks like the thieves cut a couple trig. wires on the alarm system but i dont know if this would cause it not to start.

when you turn the key absolutely nothing happens. no power... nothing. any ideas?

 

maybe battery is dead?

 

was it the stock alarm? if so it is wired into your ignition i believe and could possibly permit your car from starting and or getting power....

 

take a pic of your under dash for me, Probably give me a good clue what's wrong with it.

 

ur alarm is preventin it from starting..u gotta kill switch....??push the button n turn the key should start

 

i think i may have figured it out...

well the battery was stolen and replaced with a new one, however i just checked it and it is dead. the siren was also taken and stolen. so i think i plugged in the battery and the alarm drained the battery but i didnt know the alarm was going off since there was no siren. so i am recharging the battery and see where it gets me.

they did take the ecu but i replaced it. i got it going today. thanks alot
