K - i just bought some skunk2 coil-overs - i have everything it says it comes with in the insructions - but dont skunk2's come with the silver cups that fit into the strut mounting assembly - my friends had some and i coulda swore i saw them - as a matter of fact im pretty damn sure - and in the pamplet that came with it theres a pic of the coil-overs and the cups sitting on top - so my questions:
1.do they come with them??
2 if they did and i dont have them can i still install them with no probs?
3.and will it make them rattle?

i hate going to the place i bought them cas its like 1 hour trip - please give some feedback

What's up ..... I bought (2) Sets of Skunk2's awhile back, mine never came with the "Silver" cups. Never had an issue with mine you should be fine.

By the way, I bought the sets like 5 months apart too. I was allways curious if that's for a different setup or just for look form their website.

 

Got them on my 95 EX.
No "cups", No problems. You don't need them..............

 

The "cups" are for other cars like Mitsu's. The honda ones don't come with them. I'm sure those are just generic instructions for all their applications so it's better for them to cover all bases with one set of instructions then to leave something out and confuse the non-honda folks.
