So Cal People: Motor Mount Weld

Hey guys, i own a 88 Crx Si with a B16 i dont know if it matters. My Left Side Motor Mount (the one near the intake airbox) Just keeps Breaking

and i was wondering if there's any good welders around the Riverside County Area that can help me. if you know anyone let me know along with a estimate price. thanks
