going to add a turbo soon on my car

I have a 91 Honda Accord and I want to know what a tune up consists of(what components of my car need to be changed out)and i also want to know if my engine is going to blow up if i step on the gas lol!!

Then why are you asking such a general question?

Don't you know that everything is relevant to the size of the turbo, the psi....milage on the car, compression ratio...compression test results. etc. etc. etc.
