Some noise i'm hearing - pissing me off.......
I know it sounds weird, i had the same , replaced bearings etc to no avail, i checked the trim on and in mybootlid 2 screws loose holding the number plate surround on and also a flappy exhaust shield - seems better now - clos your bootlid hard and hear for any vibrations ?
i think by bootlid he means trunk.
jack the car up and wiggle the tire ( pull towards yourself and push away ) If there is play then the wheel bearing needs to be replaced.

Yep. Wheel bearing - since it was the rear, had to replace the entire hub. Everythings good now.
