Default 90-91 4dr accord ex suspension question

i think its got 150k+ on them.

what would be the cheaper thing to do in terms of replacement? what is EVERYTHING that i need to buy? i was told to buy it elsewhere then just pay for labor. give me a rough estimate please. recommendations are also welcomed on purchases

Lots of different price ranges for what you're looking for.

If you think you will want your car at stock height today, and "slammed" tomorrow... consider coil overs springs. If not, just get new springs, maybe some lowering ones if you want.
The shocks, you could have a stock feeling when getting the GR2 made by KYB..... but they also have adjustable ones AGX, which I find a great mod for my car.
Just remember, that if you are lowering the car, you will need a camber kit (..to correct the camber and prevent uneven and premature tire wear..).

i wasnt actually trying to lower her. shes so old and i felt like replacing the suspension cause its OLD. opinions are welcomed though.

i just wanted to hear a few words from users before i take a step. would it also be cheaper to just replace it all factory? i just want her to run fine again

I think that factory replacement may add up more than aftermarket "replacement".

for real?

check that out for me IF you can,but if thats true, damn man.

well eibachs are nice, but for my 90-91 accord 4dr? is it even worth using a performance part on her since shes so old? and MIGHT die soon?

i saw i could get a pro-kit for about 240. +labor that'll put me out what? a rough 340-400?

Just the shocks cost around 75 a piece (stock), X4 = 300... then ....add the price of new springs, maybe new bushings and... well.... tomorrow... I will check that out at work... but i don't guarantee we actually have prices for springs....

Look in classifieds section in marketplace. There are tons of guys out there selling their oem parts. Or go to a junkyard and find a set on a car with low miles on the OD. you only need the shock bodies and the springs. Cheapest way to go IMHO.

Yeah. Look in your wheel well. You just need the spring and the shock running down the middle of it (x 4). That is the part that will wear out. And then check your LCA and rod end bushings to see if you need new ones. OEM Original Equipment Manufacturer.
