It's only a plug and play with a 94-96 dash wiring harness. Have a look around on junkyards or anyone that is parting out a 94-96 prelude. You can splice the wires as well, but I don't know how. I just bought a wiring harness and when I signal, both of my signals flash in the cabin but outside it works just fine. Oh yeah, and my interior lights died, I'm too lazy to figure out why.

its cuz theres an extra black wire on the passenger side of the dash wiring harness that needs to be grounded, if you ground it, then they should work fine

Yes, it's as simple as that, well it was for me. I'll have a look at that ground, I thought about it then I said screw it...I got time today so I'll get it done right.

By the way, is this the one that I'm suppose to ground? If so, how the hell do I ground it...cut if off and ground or is there a point I can ground this to?

Edit #2

Yeah, searched and my question was answered. The black part goes to ground, which I used a ground right next to the dimmer relay.
