Definately not, the average SRT-4 at the track is running low 14's. Some have hit high 13's STOCK.
An 05 Type S is running high 14's low 15's on average. And the S2000 is usually mid 14's.

ok well there are a lot of talkers saying their s2k or type s can beat a srt4 stock for stock...and i sorta called BS too. i've sat in the srt4 and the torque on that thing was absurd...
but i never sat in a s2k or type s before thats why i asked...

i got beat by about a little more than a car length from dead stop till about 110 by an SRT4, his shifts are not that fast compared to mine and his was completly stock. i have a type-s with intake. SRT's have so much torque compared to a type-s so that is the main reason and they are boosted

depends. I have suspension on my DC5 and I was on a s2000 *** and it couldn't get rid of me. Stock for stock a S2K would smoke me. but not right now.

u were probably a better driver than he was. dont forget that it's harder to drive a RWD car. if you get good at driving a RWD car, RWD > FWD
skills > car unless it's a 8,000 pound bus against an elise. you get my point.

Add some reflash or some K-pro to it. you should be able to walk all over him.

yea the srt-4 walk on me...... its okay tho more inspiration to get a turbo for the rxs type s to even it out the boost portion of the whole deal

I never said I was street racing. he was just taking the turns faster then normal and so was I.

Most of them don't power shift to keep their boost up lol. But my friend with intake, race header, and reflash beat a couple stock srt-4's. The RSX may have a lower power rating but from a 50mph roll, it is pretty nasty if you drive it right.
