i did a search on this and i could not find what i was looking for. here's the deal........i have a B18C1 and am contemplating on what compression to run
i am either going to be running 01 ITR cam, skunk stage 1's or toda A's...........
i was thinking of purchasing the JDM ITR pistons (11:3:1) or the USDM pistons (10:8:1) or USDM pistons in conjuction w/ mugen head gasket (11:1:1)
here is the question..........is there going to be any diff in power b/t the lowest and the highest compression listed in this post???? i can get all USDM acura parts at cost vs paying more for JDM parts. what do you think would be best.

Why not consider the B16A pistons from the Del Sol? Should be in the mid-high 11s. Would you also be able to get those at a lower cost since they are USDM parts?

i would think that the P30 pistons are better for a higher lift/duration cam.........what i will be purchasing will be very mild and from what i here across HT, low 11's would be best. i just want to know if there is any diff in power b/t (10:8:1 and 11:3:1) compression
I used to have b16s with type r cams in a gsr block with gsr head milled 26. It was a tad too much copmression, would have been perfect with a non milled head. Id do that if i were you.
run the jdm itr pistons , and using a gsr i wouldnt recommend a thin head gasket !

just run an oem 3 layer head gasket and you should be good at 11.3 do to the gsr head !
