So just because somebody doesn't street race, they don't know how to build motors?

Please.

Go make money on the streets. Become a street racing "billionaire" if you can. Then one day get caught, and get all your "hard work" impounded. Then get all these misc. charges for being 2 fast 2 furious.

Or of course, you can die. The money you make street racing is obviously not worth what is inevitably going to happen.

And so you're building a D series turbo. Good for you. What I don't understand is how you ordered half the parts for the kit, yet still trying to panhandle for free parts.

You won't be a sleeper. You're Civic with "240sx racing look seats", "APC spoiler", and ricer stickers will attract more attention than every other P.O.S. rice mobile farting along. Oh yeah, only down right stupid people with no knowledge in cars will sit there and not notice your I/C and BOV. But it's O.K., I wish you the best with your project. Because it is YOUR project.

And I also love it how you've been a member for five days, and already started to start using bandwagon words like "expletive".

its going to be really funny when you try to put the engine in and find that it doesnt fit. 84-87 civics and crx's are different. they dont make mounts or axles for the d16a6 into a 84-87.

DUDE thats the stoopidest thing ive ever heard

i can do all kinds of mechanics and i will never race a street race

for one youll lose your car to the impound lot unless your rich

and if ya do get it back the lot attendants will have had a hay day with it (i know i have seen that happen to friends)

And say your like most idiots out there and have a 10-12 second car and wear a lap belt for safety...............

then your out racing dont see that pothole on the uncept streets of whatever city you live your car endos 9 times and you die cuz you didnt have a 5 point or a helmet and your car beat you to death cuz you were only wearing a lap belt

street racing is for people that what to die

you cant mount an a6 to that chassis without a whole bunch of welding. the mounts are not the same.

a 1986 civic hatch is not much lighter then later years especially if it has a sunroof.

but do your thing and have fun, just dont think itll bolt in, cause it wont.

If he kills himself being 2 fast 2 furious, so be it.
Hopefully he will not kill Mr. Joe Schmoe pedestrian, or minivan driving soccer mom and her kids in the process.

Thats why they build race tracks!
