Default ok to run 205/65R15 studded snows?

93 vtec lude, stock suspension, stock rims

I am thinking about buying a barely used set of studded snows for this winter. However they are 65's instead of the stock 55's, so the sidewall is a bit taller.

What are the downsides to running them, if any? Has anyone done so and do they rub or have any other negative effects i should take into consideration?

Thanks in advance

I will be running them for a 3rd year in a row this year. Even with my car lowered a little on Tein Basic coilovers, I didn't have a problem. If you have a stock suspension, you will be fine.
