How do you convert videos to the format to put it on the xxv-01d, theres 3 people on my island using their own videos on this thing. Kenwood says you cant but you actually can if you know how to encode it etc.

You have to go to kenwoods site and download there program to your pc. then use there software to change your movie, then you burn it on a cd and pop it in your deck. Kind of like alpine and there eq. and pioneer. pioneer does it the same way. I have it on one of my 8600mp good luck. Desmon-precisionmobilesoundwerks.

 

sorry to bring this back, but i just got this head unit a week back to replace my old pioneer in dash dvd

anyways, i'm at school and haven't even seen the unit yet since it was shipped home.

how is this head unit? will i like it? i've previously owned a pioneer deh-8600 and a pioneer base model dvd unit

 

anyone have this head unit?
