95 Civic with B18C1 OBD1 will not start tried everything!!!HELP

Hey guys i have a 95 Civic With a GSR motor OBD1 and it will not start i have tried evrything. I have checked the entire wiring harness, bought a brand new distributor TWICE, Main relay, check all fuses , even tried a new ignition. I have also bought a new ECU. I am out of options can someone help me???

have you checked all of your grounding points? Make sure that you chevk your fuses in the engine bay as well

does it even crank?? check timing, wiring at the dist cap
