tranny trouble...

every time im in 4th gear and turn tha wheel it slips out

can some one point out my problem??? thanx

my bad for not baby sitting my post... when im driving in forth gear, and turn tha wheel it slips out of gear. not sure what tha part that holds it in gear is, doubt its tha syncro...
