ok i have this and it is great but it says you can re-program it to detect new radar and laser threats...but how do ya do it?

 

you are actually only adjusting the sensitivity. Just hold down both the program review and change buttons to enter the program mode, then make your desired changes.

 

ahh i see...so its really not upgradeable..just reprogramable?

But on the box and other places it was said it was supposed to be upgradable to detect new radar threats such as KA spead spectrum and things of the sort and that the actual chip inside can be upgraded. It can be done but how???
