Honda

the k series from the acura rsx-s makes 201hp from 1998cc's. That is the most hp per 1 litre of any production car. only from honda.

Plenty of Hondas hit the 100hp per litre mark, the B18C5 was nowhere near the first. Honda has been doing it since the late 80s. (If you're talkin about the fact that it's over 100, the F20C and K20A both have it beat.)
