i think that's stupid. wtf would u want to do that? it's not like u need wider tires in the back for your front wheel drive car. just go 4 15x6.5's

I second that, that's completely pointless and might even cause your car to understeer more around turns. Put that wider wheels in front if you absolutely have to have different size wheels.

I think the car will look stupid and you won't be able to rotate your tires.

Don't do this unless your ride looks like this.

Personally I'd go with 15x6.5s all around.

If it was a Mustang or Camaro then I would say go for it but I think it is one of the worst ideas I have heard. 15's all the way around.

15x7 is better, you can run more tire.

Don't you think 15x7 with a 225 tire would be a tight squeeze. I have 185/60/14s on my gsr wheels and 195/60/14 on my other set. They rub as it is only when the wheel is turned to full lock almost. IMO 215s would be the widest I would want to go. 205/50s is the size im gonna use when i get some new rubber, but thats just me.

15x7 is better then 15x6.5 especially when you mount them on 205/50/15. If you race a considerable amount you will notice the difference between the 6.5 and 7" rim difference. Oh yeah, and I'm not talking about 1/4 racing either.

I ran 215's on my rex for almost two years and I regret having to get a new set of rims. It handles like a go cart when you have 215's. 225 would definetly rub everywhere under your car and fender. 215's all the way on some 15".

If you have rubbing on 195s, you have other problems. I have 195 50 15s, NEVER rubs. 205 50 15s are coming today, I don't expect much trouble. It's possible to go wider, but then you may start to rub. 215s would be awesome, and 225s... omg.

I do have problems with my car that is:

1. Weird speed related vibration only evident during acceleration, and right turns (possibly intermediate shaft since the seal looks slighly bent, or bad axle.

2. Car needs an alignment we have it ruffed in right now (motor just swapped still working out the bugs)

I can take pics of it hitting the wheel well. Its the driver side tire when the wheel is turned full lock to the left.

My answer to staggered with larger in the back is best summed up in the words of Ben Kingsley:

A 15x7 is better. You can run a full inch more of tire at each end of the car.
