i had to get a new ecu bc, water is gettin in to my car somehow, i found a puddle of water by ecu, and the water fawked it up...


long story short, i got a obd1 ecu and harness.... how can cover it up, so water and people in my car dont mess up the wires!!!

 

You could wrap it up in a thick ziplock freezer bag and silicone the end shut around the wires, but wouldn't you want to stop the water from getting into the car in the first place?

 

i do, i need something till i can find the hole!!! i dont want my wires/ecu exposed!

Check where the harness goes from under the dash and into the door. Also there's a big hole in the sheet metal almost directly above the ECU under the windshield that something attaches to (can't remember what), but it may be leaking as well.
