Default Question about sway bars

I was looking into getting F+R suspension techniques sway bars. The rear ones i saw were 22mm, I wanted to know how big the stock integra ls sway bars are so i have something to guage off of. Basically i wanted the biggest i can get, i dont care about ride quality i just care about performance. What do you guys suggest?

Also one ebay auction was describing 1" front and 3/4" rear, im confused.

For a FWD car do you want a beefier bar up front, in back, what? Id like some opinions on brands/sizes for front and rear for optimal performance thanks.

The biggest swaybar you can get isn't necessarily going to be the best for performance. From what I've read, it looks like you should try to acheive your desired handling characteristics through a balanced combination of spring rates and swaybars. So running a 32mm swaybar with stock springs is probably not as good an idea as running a more moderately sized swaybar with stiffer springs. Also, if you run too-stiff a swaybar with too-soft springs, I think it makes your rear subframe more susceptible to tear-out, as the swaybar is doing too much work, and the springs not enough.

integra ls 13mm gsr 14mm. you read right. the standard set up for a rear sway bar is usually 22mm to 24mm on a daily driven car 300in lbs to 500in lbs is the ball park figure for daily driven cars changing them for a desired effect.
