what brand of bulbs do you use for the high beams (h1?) I bought some generic bulbs from kragens... but it looks like a really dingy yellow =T Looking for a "whiter" bulb that wont fry my wires to match the HID lowbeams.

 

i have the same setup, generic H1's with hid lowbeams, it looks gross when its on next to the hids, but i dont really care since i never use the highbeams anyway

What does honda use in the preludes and RSX's? Cause their H1's are super bright and white too.

I remember the first time I saw a friend's RSX at night, I thought she bought after market high wattage bulbs cause they were so bright and white.

 

I have the factory High Beam bulbs. They are very bright, but then of course i don't have HID's sitting next to them, so that might be why yours look so yellow. Now if only i could find someone selling thier HID JDM lights thats willing to trade.

 

I bought bulbs made by WAGNER...they're bright white. WOOHOO tonight I installed my 7000K's HID KIT. LOVIN IT!!!
