HELP! 95 Accord wont start after rain!
My friends 95 Accord wont start after a huge rainstorm we just had. It ran fine in the rain one night, the next morning it wouldnt start. The starter engages, cranks, its getting fuel because I can smell it. Occasionally itll catch for a milisecond, like one or 2 cyls fire through one cycle or something. But thats it.
Heres what I did and it still wont start.
New Battery
New Plugs
New Rotor
New Cap
Wires are in good shape.
What other options could there be? Its since dryed up outside and it still wont start

to add to it, no huge puddles were driven through or anything so theres no problem with water getting into the intake and internally ruining the motor.

Is it flooded? Hold the gas pedal to the floor while you crank it to clear it out.
