Default traction

Im just now finishing up my project car, looking for about 400 hp to the wheels on pump gas and have a few questions. car is a 95 del sol with a built gsr.

Im going to either be going with either a tein ss or koni/gc setup but have no clue what kind of spring rates to be looking for. (maybe 430 lb/in??) I want something fairly stiff but nothing thats going to kill me on daily drives. Car has a 6pt cage and will be running a traction bar setup. (doubt that changes much)

Also wondering if it is a bad idea to get a wheel that is only 6.5" wide. Woulding picking a set of wheels that are 7" help that much more as far as traction goes? Planning to just run BFG g-force ta drag radials.

Can you fit 225/50/15s on a 6.5" wheel or is 205 the biggest you can go?
Would getting a different offset allow me to use a wider tire?

sorry for the newbie questions, im pretty new to suspension and wheel offest and such..
