it was just a simple reweld but they rewelded the wrong place!!!

it looks like the flange has been completely removed
did the muffler guy just feel like screwing with you?
take it back, and make them fix it

 

man that sucks....you better bolt down that bracket (bracket from down pipe to block) on the back of the motor or it is going to put some stress on the manifold....from the pic it looks like there not there....make them redo it ...you should get that fixed

BTW: not supposed to have a flange in there????,
and, give us the name of the shop, I don't think I will get something repaired there, even if I'm not from your place, I won't recommand it to no one!!

 

That does not look good. I would have them redo it. Looks like a damn child did it or something....

I took my flowmaster to a muffler shop around here the first time, and the dude toiok it out of my car, and threw it ont he ground, put a big dent on the side. IT was ******* crazy, then charged my *** 55 to weld it on, I was pissed. He told me at first 30, but then gave me some bs. I should of only paid 30, but..
