need help on buying a crx

Default need help on buying a crx

any tips so i dont end up buying a lemon. practically what would you do to make sure you dont have a lemon?

Dont buy a CRX.....Your buying a car thats almost 20-years old, your bound to have some problems

theres one up for 1500 here supposedly the car is in excellent running condition but just needs some body work. i have the body work figured out already with the rust holes and windshield, and a couple of friends are coming with to see if its actually in good condition soo just looking for some more tips out there

check under spare wheel for rust, check beneath sun roof for rust, rear arches are weak against rust.

Check bushes, dampers, other suspension, engine mounts, bumpers fitting, beneath bumpers, underneath car tectyl threatment, tires, clusters...


Really, just dont be an idiot and take yourself really good time when you are checking out the car and make a list over everything to check. I almost pick the car im buying apart before i buy it.

exactly what i was thinking. how could there be rust if the car supposedly has around 100kms on the stock engine. i think i forgot to mention the 100kms part.
