I don't meen to sound like a dick but they have really poor customer service. I have gotten hung up on plenty of times when trying to call and get a price on some parts.
no doubt, I had some problems also. But if the problem is really important Rob takes out time to take care of it and thats where it matters.

As for our customer service, we NEVER intentionally hang up on someone, maybe place them on hold. If that happened, I AM SORRY. I honestly would never do that to a customer.
