im assuming you mean the ignition switch, or the starter solenoid? the starter solenoid is well attached to the starter and the ignition switch is behind the key cylinder on the steering column, here is the wiring diagram from the helms

the manual that Hondacivic90ed has is a UK manual - it doesn't cover DX or HF (don't have them in UK) - here is starting circuit from USDM manual
