Default Low Emissions Vehicle - how can i tell?

hey guys. My CEL came on yesterday and i checked it out with the ODB-II reader and it says something about catalytic converter inefficient???? or something like that. anyway, im looking up prices for a new converter and i've found 2 different products. one is just the converter and another is the same thing, only it is for Low Emissions Vehicles (LEV) and will supposedly only fit LEV accords. Does anyone know how i can tell if my car is a LEV or not. See sig for car details. Thanks guys

The ULEV sticker on the window is somewhat of a giveaway.....
The emissions lable under the hood should also designate the type.
