Many factors can play into what times you will run...
-Track prep.
-Your tires ability to hook up.
-Your driving skill, when and how fast you shift.
-Temperature.
-Your cars weight.

These are all very relative to what you will run. Without knowledge of these, it's impossible to predict over the internet what you will run. Have fun and good luck

I am not familiar with 1/8 times. But in a 1/4 mile, based on your mods, I'd say anything in the high 15's would be a good run.

9.9 should be pretty easy.

my EX gf ran off back to back to back 9.8s w/ intake, header, exhaust. stock steel wheels on skunk2s.

this was also pretty much sealevel though, but on a parking lot 1/8th mile streetlegal drags.

basically turned a parking lot into a 'drag strip' , concrete launch pads, and vht.

Depending on how they prep this "track" you should be able to hit your goals def.
