ANYONE KNOW WERE I CAN GET SOME COMPLETLY CLEAR TAIL LIGHT FOR A 91 HATCH. I KNOW THEY ARE RICE BUT I GOT A REALLY GOOD I IDEA TO MAKE EM LOOK REALY SICK.

 

Um...how bout ebay? "duh" i mean really, you could find like 3 or 4 different sets for the 88-91 hatch/crx models on there of course.

 

back in the day there used to be tail lights that were the same as OEM sin design and finish, but they had no color.

people used to use them as a base to make nice custom tails with candy apple red paint and so on.

sadly these things dont exist anymore, unless someone has a set they are willing to sell me!

if you look on ebay the only tails youll find are very gay looking, tring to look like the newer cars out there and failing miserably, both the clear and black types that are out there look like *******.

to make this thread useful if anyone knows a place that still sells real non rice clear tails for CRXs or even has an image somewhere of what im talking about, please post it here.

Sorry but like the other guy said, they probably only make them for CRXs. I used to have a 95 Accord, a 93 Accord and a 96 Civic. I've seen clear tail lights on all them so I would just give up. My first set I got off of http://www.eBay.com and was lucky only to pay $10 for the pair. The ones I rock on my CRX now I paid like $80 for eBay, shipped. They also took me almost 2 years to find. I still have the clear center piece and I just painted my old clear piece black. That middle part has a little too much "clarity" for me.

Don't give up.

 

Man back in the day before alteza lights Clear were all the rage. Ive seen all clear for a hatch and half red half clear. I havent seen anythning lately but Ill keep you posted if I see something.

Are you talking about the top half of the lights being red and the bottom of the lights beeing like a 99' Prelude? If so, those are nothing but clear lights with their top half painted red. Nice, but nothing special.
