Ok...my dash is completely ready to come out...I took the steering wheel off...
but I CANNOT get the dash over the turn signal and windshield wiper arms on the sides of the steering wheel. And yes, I have lowered the steering column as far as it will go. It's been sorta frustrating as I have literally spent the last hour trying to figure out how to get it over the turn signal and wiper arms without breaking them.

Any ideas??

I've done it a few times, and never had any problems. I just unbolted, and dropped the steering column, then pulled the dash out, and up, over the signal stalks. It rubbed a little bit, but nowhere close to breaking them. Do you have a friend that can help you out? If so, have them pull the stalks down a little bit, while you life the dash out and over the top.
