92-95 Civc SI gauge surrounding vents!!

What's up fellas!? I had an issue in Arizona with mad tire shake at the track. The vents that are to the right of the hazard lights button and clock right in the middle of the dash are messed up. I need to know if anyone has the entire plastic surroundings that has the vents in it, or just the vents (you know the front of the vents that move up/down left/right).

i have one.. u can have it for free.. just pay for the package and shipping.. the driver lil fin things have like 3 missing, but u can use your old ones to replace them
