quick question about obd1 CRX and smog

quick question about obd1 CRX and smog
i own a crx and i just drop in a 92 civic motor and i converted my car to obd1
question is.. if i go to the smog station to get it smog, would i have a problem? would they say that since i converted it to obd1 i'll have to get it ref?
