Can somebody tell me where I can get instructions on, How to install my omni coilovers? They didn't come with them. I've already did a search but that didn't help. Something about preload that I don't get. The peice that does into the shift fork can be adjusted? But how low or high do I set it?

 

Do not preload the spring. Just set the perch up enough to stop any movement of the spring. Design of Omni do not require any preload.

 

you should follow the instructions from the manufacturer.
