Default Can I use both type of valves?

I have a gsr head and mating it with an ls block. The gsr head is complete skunk2. The only problem is that I was missing two skunk2 valves when I got the head because those two valves were needed for another app. I had some ferrea valve for the gsr head laying around. I added 14 skunk2 valves and two exhaust side ferrea valves to compensate for the missing skunk2 valves. Will I be ok with this? I have heard that as long as the valves are for the same application that I shouldn't have a problem. What do u guys think?

Just cc the chambers with the valves installed, to make sure the compression ratio will be the same. Or buy the correct valves.

Just something I heard about keeping combustion chamber volume the same, as well as cylinder volume and then working out the compression ratio.

Ok but how is this done? Do I take the head to a machine shop or something?
