messed something up i think
Okay so i took my cluster out to hook my tach up behind there now when im trying to put it back in there is a cable that im guessing reads MPH and miles, and i cant get that cable back into the hole behind the MPH side of the cluster. Anyone have any ideas on how to accomplish this? BTW its a 90 integra rs

if you cant get it back in, disconect it from the tranny and pull alittle bit threw the firewall so you have some slack to put it back on, then when you have it back in place reconnect it to the tranny

Yup, just unbolt the VSS so you have some slack and you should be good. While you're in there, put a little bit of multi-purpose grease on the ends, it's probably a little dry, and that plug is what usually causes squeaking sounds that come from the speedo.
