Question for Mugen Lovers, EPGONZALEZ?
If you have bought the speedo from Mugen, how did you swap out the
existing one? The cluster seems put everything in one piece, can you actually
remove it and replace it with the following speedo?

If that's the case, since the USDM cluster is in miles (both for speed and mileage) wouldn't the number all screwed since the Mugen speedo is in Kilomieters? It's suppose to be in 60miles/hr, now it says 60 kilo/hrs etc....
I am just wondering.

Hope that's not too confusing.
yes, it'll all be in km/h so you'll have to do this like dave's car

That's right....I said crooked AND sideways.

Oh man....that's awesome! Haha. I assume after a little driving, you'd get used to it. At least the numbers are all straight. If I tried doing that, everything would be crooked and sideways.

It doesn't alter the scale, the needles move to the same places in USDM and JDM models....instead of 62MPH, it'll be at 100 KPH, but it won't be at 62 KPH for 62MPH which would be way off and useless
Hope that's not too confusing.

I assume after a little driving, you'd get used to it.
60 mph ~100 km/h
90 mph ~144 km/h
145 mph ~240 km/h
Just multiply the mph by 1.6 and you get a good approximation of the km/h
hehe...i am a mugen lover!
i think the reason mugen makes a speedo but not a tach is because the stock jdm speedo anyone can peg on their drive home from work...
mugen tops out at approx. 170mph

But Citanest is not going to match your CDM red needles. Unless you're going to switch the needles too....
As if people care about "matching"...
I don't know why people have an impression that I will buy it. I never mentioned I would purchase it in my post. I asked question because I really wonder it that would be a problem for those in the state. Not that I am interested in purchasing one at all....
