They are 4lug I figure they might fit or are the offset different?

no, pretty sure all 4 lug accord wheels are 4x114.3 email the seller and make sure. I am almost positive they wont fit though.

so Stock integra wheels are 4x100 correct?

accocrds got some nice *** stock rims too bad they dont fit

It is a DC4. You can assure yourself by looking at your VIN number.
